Toyota and Maruti Suzuki signed a partnership last year in India. Both automakers will supply each other cars to fill up specific segments, Toyota selling the Maruti Baleno premium hatchback under its own brand, The Toyota-badged hatchback is expected to feature the same engine, chassis, suspension and other technical specifications, which are there in Maruti Baleno.
